HI-TECH Marine Buoys

HI-TECH has brought about a technological breakthrough by developing Rubber Buoys over the conventional MS, GRP & FRP fabricated buoys.

The HI-TECH Rubber Buoys have a resilient surface which make it an ideal installation in the navigational system. Their design is based on the proven technologies of HI-TECH Fenders.
The buoys are made by moulding of high grade rubber over fabricated steel inserts. This semi-flexible, reinforced construction allows them to absorb impact without damage to either the vessel or the buoy itself, and makes it unsinkable. The Buoys are typically designed to take up mooring loads & bending moments induced during its operation.
The significant advantage of the HI-TECH rubber buoys lies in its elastomer moulded structure, which imparts excellent resistance to water, oil, ice, sunlight, Marine fouling and abrasive surfaces. This buoys are completely resistant to the effects of corrosion.
All IALA recommended Topmarks, Daymarks, Radar Reflectors and Lanterns are provided optionally. These are powered by Solar Batteries. All necessary mountings / accessories are also supplied & installed as per customer’s requirement, enabling the buoys to be ready-to-use, as soon as they are installed.
HI-TECH Rubber Buoys & Floats can be made available in red, green, yellow, white, black, orange and any other colour to meet special demands. These colours are UV stabilized and are blended directly in the rubber compound before moulding, and hence are long lasting. The Buoys need minimum Maintenance and do not require frequent repainting.
The buoys are rugged, lightweight stable and can be easily deployed.
