HI-TECH Nova Cone Fenders

HI-TECH Nova Cone Fender is an improvised and a modern version of Cell Fender. 

It bears superior design and performance characteristics. The Cone section of the fender widens its suitability to typical applications. Moreover, each side of the fender is embedded with steel rings to facilitate mounting of the Frontal Frame.

  Size, Range & Performance

  • The unique feature of HI-TECH Cone Fender is that, it allows angular berthing from 15-20 deg. upto 7 deg., without any subsequent reduction of Energy Absorption capacity.

  • This Fenders are more rugged and stable under vertical, horizontal & shearing forces. The rubber component buckles radially and uniformly, wile maintaining the Energy Absorption Capacity at maximum and the resultant Reaction Forces at minimum.

  • The Cone geometry of the Fender assists in maintaining stability of the Fendering System throughout the compression phase of the working cycle. It also guards the Fender against excess loads.

  • The Fender has a compact design and is light in weight, thus providing cost-effectiveness.

  • It has excellent life-stability in the Marine Environment.
