HI-TECH Cell Fenders

The Cylindrical shaped HI-TECH Cell Fenders with two steel rings embedded at ends, secure a high level of Energy Absorption effectively with an additional advantage of a considerable reduction of Reaction Force. 

Under axial loading, the contoured profile buckles radially and causes multidirectional dispersion of the absorbed energy.

The HI-TECH Cell Fenders are mounted with Frontal Frames, which diverts the impact pressure uniformly over a wider contact area & thereby protecting the vessel from impact, as well as rubbing damages. Moreover, the Frontal Frames shields the rubber component of the Fender against possible damage.

The HI-TECH Cell Fenders are most suitable for,

  • Limited space setup

  • Low Hull pressure applications

  • Applications, wherein, high temperatures and sparking occurring due to rubbing of ship and fender surface, are not desirable
